Key Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 2 calls or tickets related to staffing, scheduling, and caregiver inquiries
- Manage ticket flow and serve as a point of escalation for internal coordinators and BPO partners
- Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service and contact center environment
- Experience in scheduling preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
