A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Handles incoming phone calls and assesses provider needs regarding third-party liability
- Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all phone call interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of telephonic customer service experience
- Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for shift schedules
