Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
  • Handles incoming phone calls and assesses provider needs regarding third-party liability
  • Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all phone call interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ year of telephonic customer service experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for shift schedules
