Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive, Sr. Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business of around $10 Million ARR or more, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Drive customer advocacy and satisfaction by building strong relationships and ensuring maximum value from their investments
- Align with customer strategic vision and internal teams to execute account strategy and oversee customer success throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Discrete Manufacturing sectors such as Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and High-Tech/Electronics
- Consultative Account Management experience with strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and gain credibility with C-Suite Executives
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and multi-product/multi-site ERP deployments
- Escalation and change management experience with a focus on strategic account planning
