Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Full Cycle).

Key Responsibilities
  • De-risk and recover at-risk accounts by diagnosing risks and executing save plans
  • Build and operationalize the de-risking program with defined structures and metrics
  • Own the commercial renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and securing signatures
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Proven track record of stabilizing at-risk accounts and executing save plans
  • Experience with digital/automated Customer Success programs
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools such as Intercom, HubSpot, or Gainsight
  • Resourceful and adaptable in fast-moving environments
