Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to provide customer-focused service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage effective relationships with customers and business partners
  • Implement revenue management practices to drive accountability and customer growth
  • Onboard new customers and conduct routine service or operational reviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, with two to four years of college or equivalent post-high school education
  • 3 to 5 years of Customer Service and IT experience
  • Experience expanding existing customer relationships at the VP level and above
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to manage complex contracts across corporate and franchise locations
