Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage effective relationships with customers and business partners
- Implement revenue management practices to drive accountability and customer growth
- Onboard new customers and conduct routine service or operational reviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with two to four years of college or equivalent post-high school education
- 3 to 5 years of Customer Service and IT experience
- Experience expanding existing customer relationships at the VP level and above
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage complex contracts across corporate and franchise locations
