Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease state management during outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
