Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line response to customer trading and system functionality inquiries
- Write detailed user stories for production support items and manage client contacts
- Monitor system performance, test new software releases, and document system processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, C++, C#, or .NET
- Experience in client/server/SQL based systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and network connectivity protocols
