Senior Director of Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Contracts to lead its Contracts Organization with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy, vision, and direction for multiple functions, ensuring alignment with company policies
• Establish broader company strategy and translate it into multi-functional objectives, leading customer engagement efforts
• Interact with executive level management to negotiate critical matters and influence policy and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Director of Contracts or above
• Experience in leading high-stakes negotiations
• Ability to oversee the full contract lifecycle and ensure compliance
• Experience in a company with annual revenues exceeding $1 Billion is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence executive management
