Senior Director of National Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with national and regional GPOs, LTC consultant pharmacy organizations, specialty pharmacies, and large health systems
• Negotiate and manage contracts across multiple GPOs, ensuring competitive positioning and strong Gross-To-Net performance
• Provide market shaping and brand promotional efforts throughout the life cycle of core brands

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or related) is a positive
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Market access, strategic accounts, or related account management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, pricing policy, and reimbursement landscape
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving organization
