Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or revenue operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing prospecting or research teams
- Experience in implementing outbound strategies utilizing AI and automation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to create structured playbooks
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on pipeline metrics and campaign performance
