Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management & Production Support for their Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers and the global Product Support team to enhance platform scalability and reliability
• Shape the strategic direction of the core platform and improve production support processes based on operational insights
• Drive alignment between customer needs and product investments while mentoring a senior product organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management and/or production support leadership, particularly in payments, fintech, or SaaS
• Proven experience in setting vision and strategy for a product portfolio with rigorous execution
• Deep understanding of the payment industry ecosystem and technical acumen across APIs and cloud services
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative information
• Experience managing technical products, particularly in high-transaction environments
