Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or Master's preferred
• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience, focusing on QA and transformation
• Proven success in building quality engineering functions and leading strategic programs
• Strong background in Agile, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices
• Global experience is required
