Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human factors engineering or a closely related field
• Deep understanding of human factors engineering principles, research methodologies, and usability standards
• Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices
