Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Incident Response Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tabletop exercises to simulate real-world security incidents
• Create and manage capture the flag (CTF) events to enhance the skills of SOC and IR analysts
• Evaluate training programs and provide mentorship to support professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in developing training programs and exercises for cybersecurity teams
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and trends
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, CASP+, or GIAC certifications recommended
