Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rapid learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and training requirements
• Design and develop compelling, multi-modal learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into engaging learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning solution development
• Advanced proficiency with multiple authoring tools and generative AI (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Sythesia, MS Copilot)
• Strong understanding of learning best practices, adult learning principles, and performance improvement methodologies
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field preferred
