Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Administrator to oversee its IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services
• Provide IT support to remote employees and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
• Create and maintain IT documentation and recommend improvements for IT systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in IT support/administration
• Proficient with MacOS and Windows
• Experience with Microsoft 365 account and email management
• Direct experience deploying and maintaining device management solutions
• Management of AWS/Cloud Infrastructure
