Senior Learning Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Architect, Training and Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain deep domain and product knowledge in identity security
• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for role-based training paths based on customer feedback and market trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective content launches and training utilization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in learning experience design or related field
• Experience writing content for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-centric content
• Experience developing role-based training content and understanding learning journeys
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and self-direction in a remote work environment
