A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Architect, Training and Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep domain and product knowledge in identity security
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for role-based training paths based on customer feedback and market trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective content launches and training utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in learning experience design or related field
- Experience writing content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-centric content
- Experience developing role-based training content and understanding learning journeys
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and self-direction in a remote work environment
