Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale field technology or operations system implementations
• Experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Direct experience with SAP FSM or similar enterprise field systems is highly preferred
• Proven success in influencing stakeholders and delivering transformational initiatives
