• Drive and support the Environmental, Health and Safety strategy to achieve superior performance
• Advise resort leadership on risks and opportunities related to safety performance
• Lead resort safety programs and manage projects within timeline and budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Proven experience leading a team in a matrixed environment
• Experience analyzing and advising on safety data analytics
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices including Behavior Based Safety
