A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and improve core consumer funnel metrics and daily productivity pacing
- Partner with sales leaders to design and enforce KPIs that enhance sales performance
- Build and manage capacity models to optimize lead flow and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, with 5 years in B2C/D2C environments
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Hands-on experience with consumer funnels and KPIs related to sales effectiveness
- Proven track record in scaling sales operations for large teams (200+ reps)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
