Senior NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network outages and performance issues
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for major network events
• Provide mentoring and technical oversight to junior NOC staff

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience supporting and administering network infrastructure, preferably in a federal environment
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust Clearance
• Demonstrated expertise in incident management, routing & switching protocols, VPN technologies, load balancers, monitoring & alerting tools, and firewalls
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) preferred
