Senior Paralegal, Corporate Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Paralegal, Corporate & Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain governance materials and support board and committee meeting preparations
• Oversee the lifecycle of U.S. and international subsidiaries, including formation and dissolution
• Support M&A and financing transactions, including due diligence and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a public company legal department
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, SEC compliance, and entity management
• Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Nasdaq governance standards and board operations is a plus
