Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payroll to oversee payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle payroll processes ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage payroll tax filings and collaborate with third-party providers for payroll processing
- Lead and mentor the payroll team while driving process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing payroll in Workday is required
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), or Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll processing, including multi-state and multi-province payroll
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience leading and developing a team
