Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second line phone/email consultation to debug complex security/network problems
  • Partner with Engineering to assist customers with testing or troubleshooting
  • Reproduce customer issues and document incident resolutions in the technical support database
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting SSL, SAML, HTTP, and TCP/IP
  • Experience handling escalations with enterprise customers and stakeholders
  • Detailed working knowledge of web-based security and network infrastructure
  • Extensive experience analyzing packet captures and HAR traces
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English
