Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second line phone/email consultation to debug complex security/network problems
- Partner with Engineering to assist customers with testing or troubleshooting
- Reproduce customer issues and document incident resolutions in the technical support database
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting SSL, SAML, HTTP, and TCP/IP
- Experience handling escalations with enterprise customers and stakeholders
- Detailed working knowledge of web-based security and network infrastructure
- Extensive experience analyzing packet captures and HAR traces
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English
