Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to manage the entire implementation lifecycle for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients
• Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation process and uphold client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading client-facing implementation projects in health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Asana
• Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
