Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS EBAT - Service Engineering RESO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Lead discussions to prioritize Live Site requirements and influence software engineering teams in service architecture
• Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions and improve processes related to service resilience and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements
