Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect, Post-Sales & Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize large-scale post-sales integrations with fintech and enterprise customers
• Architect scalable technical solutions and ensure successful deployment of the wallet infrastructure
• Improve onboarding, integration, and success processes through hands-on support and playbook creation

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in post-sales solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical customer success
• Deep technical knowledge of authentication, SDKs, APIs, and cloud-based architecture
• Experience with JavaScript and React-based ecosystems
• At least 2 years of experience with blockchain/on-chain apps, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience leading complex enterprise integrations at scale
