Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join their Launch team in shaping AI-powered shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and solution demonstrations during the pre-sale process
• Support post-sale implementation and offer strategic technical guidance to Sales and Merchant Success teams
• Lead custom solution design and implementation for enterprise merchants while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, or implementation engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of tech stacks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Experience with writing front-end implementation code and working with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Experience collaborating with GTM teams in SaaS environments during pre-sales and post-sales processes
