Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the experience vision for the internal implementation of Sales and Order Management (SOM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into high-quality user experiences
• Produce various design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, and journey maps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant design experience
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple projects
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and end-to-end product experience
