Series 3 Licensed New Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Accounts Specialist responsible for processing new customer applications and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Contact clients to resolve deficiencies or request additional information
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, or related field)
• Basic understanding of futures markets or financial services a plus
• Languages: English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
• Series 3 license to be obtained within 3 months (firm-sponsored)
