ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and workflows
• Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) Pro
• Enhance processes for user adoption and optimize existing workflows within the platform

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer
• Hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM
• Deep expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) Pro and scripting on the ServiceNow platform
• Remote work experience is required
