Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and automate multi-tenant infrastructure for resilient SaaS applications
• Enhance core systems by adding features, fixing bugs, and improving reliability
• Develop observability tools and improve incident management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with automation using Bash, Python, and/or Go
• Significant experience with AWS and production environment support
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
