Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy planning and execution across key platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility
- Build executive social presence by developing authentic, high-impact social content for leaders
- Grow employee advocacy efforts by creating scalable toolkits, templates, and content prompts
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in social media, PR, or communications, ideally supporting executive or brand leadership visibility
- Deep understanding of platform best practices, particularly LinkedIn and X/Twitter
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills for managing content calendars and stakeholder approvals
- Bonus: Experience with employee advocacy tools or programs, and knowledge of social listening or reporting tools
