Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and document comprehensive project requirements
• Determine overall solution design, including Salesforce components and third-party tools
• Guide customers through design reviews and participate in training sessions for project success

Required Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in pharmaceutical grants management or healthcare compliance
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture within life sciences or pharma organizations
• 5+ years of experience documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification and Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification
• Experience leading teams through full Salesforce project lifecycles
