Job Summary

A company is looking for a Worker's Compensation Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for injured workers and facilitate their timely return to work
• Serve as a liaison between treating doctors and workers' compensation insurance companies
• Utilize established protocols and current standards of care to meet patients' healthcare needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or a Bachelor's degree with enrollment in a Master's program
• Three years of work experience as a Registered Nurse required
• Eight years of case management experience in a clinical setting if no advanced degree or program enrollment
• Prior leadership experience is required
• Case Management certification is required
