A company is looking for a Provider Claims Adjudicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to provider inquiries regarding claims issues and provide excellent customer service
- Research and adjudicate claims to ensure compliance with departmental standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve claims issues and support defect reduction initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of customer service, claims, and investigation/research experience
- 1+ years of claims research or issue resolution experience in the managed care industry
- Knowledge of multiple systems related to claims processing
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
