Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate Client case loads efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate with team members regarding scheduling and Client needs, escalating issues as necessary
- Verify caregiver attendance and manage staffing for missed visits based on Client care needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, social work, or nursing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or human/social services industry
- Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- History of achieving high customer service satisfaction rates
- Excellent communication abilities
