Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level, empathetic customer support via various communication channels
  • Understand and effectively communicate the functionality of Sawyer for Business and the Sawyer Marketplace
  • Conduct training and support calls while managing day-to-day business inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Relevant experience at a SaaS company and prior knowledge of Intercom
  • Ability to work 9-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
  • Experience in e-commerce and a proven ability to de-escalate customer situations
