A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, empathetic customer support via various communication channels
- Understand and effectively communicate the functionality of Sawyer for Business and the Sawyer Marketplace
- Conduct training and support calls while managing day-to-day business inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Relevant experience at a SaaS company and prior knowledge of Intercom
- Ability to work 9-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
- Experience in e-commerce and a proven ability to de-escalate customer situations
