A company is looking for a Phone Counselor (Remote) in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and address caller concerns effectively
- Accurately collect and enter required caller information while maintaining confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate situations with dissatisfied callers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (experience may substitute for education)
- 2 years of experience in case management, crisis intervention, or call centers preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to multi-task across various software systems while engaging with clients
- Must be able to work effectively in a remote team environment
