Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete CSR I certification program within 10 weeks and deliver professional support via chat, email, and phone
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction scores and service level agreements while documenting interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of service experience in customer support or a call center environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new technology
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with a focus on service excellence
