Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging to business customers and escalates technical issues as needed
- Processes a high volume of customer inquiries regarding products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Tracks and documents inbound support requests while ensuring accurate customer information entry
Required Qualifications and Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferable, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Typically requires four or more years of experience in a call center or customer service-related position
- One or more years of workers' compensation services experience is preferable
- Must possess knowledge of the company's products and services to resolve customer inquiries
