Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information from injured workers and employers to determine injury levels and categories
• Perform data entry of initial claims accurately and efficiently from various sources
• Adhere to phone-tree procedures and verify data for accurate claim entry

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of medical terminology or medical office experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
• Proactive and independent with strong initiative
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
