Job Summary

A company is looking for a Minute Clinic Provider - Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, evidence-based patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
• Evaluate and manage care for patients, providing education on health maintenance and counseling on various health issues
• Document patient encounters in an electronic health record and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license or willingness to obtain licensure in North Carolina
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with healthcare colleagues
