Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contact Center Business Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual contact center reports
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance patient experiences
  • Collaborate with teams to develop reports and assist in staffing models based on historical data
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to expert level
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center leadership or analytics roles
  • 5+ years of experience with contact center mathematical concepts and reporting
  • 2+ years of experience working independently with data analysis
  • Able to support the Eastern time zone, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
