Key Responsibilities

- Act as the internal authority on consumer communications across various platforms, maintaining brand voice and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage consumer issues and develop aligned responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Food Science, or related field preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in consumer relations or customer service within a CPG company
- 2-4 years of experience in a team leadership or management role
- Experience with insurance claims and consumer risk mitigation in a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and consumer protection policies
