Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contact Center to achieve sales and service goals
  • Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal partners and ensure compliance with operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of sales and service management experience, including call center operations
  • Experience in coaching employees to identify sales and service opportunities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and applicable laws and regulations
  • General knowledge of computers with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
