Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contact Center to achieve sales and service goals
- Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
- Develop effective working relationships with internal partners and ensure compliance with operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
- At least three years of sales and service management experience, including call center operations
- Experience in coaching employees to identify sales and service opportunities
- Comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and applicable laws and regulations
- General knowledge of computers with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
