Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Experience in delivering integrated care via telemedicine
• Deep clinical expertise in women's health and primary care
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
