Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, P&C (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls or online channels
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing while processing new or amended enrollments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
• 1+ years of customer service experience and 6 months of sales experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
