A company is looking for a Staff Technical Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate-scale technical initiatives while leading training for junior team members
- Provide elevated technical support and lead communication efforts across departments to align on corporate initiatives
- Instill a culture of continual process improvement and develop technical training materials for employees
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in an Information Technology services department, preferably in health care IT
- Intermediate skills in leading process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software, including Microsoft Office and Windows
- Experience with security controls and federal healthcare security regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with users of varying technical skills
