Job Summary

A company is looking for a CaseSmart Counsel, Discovery attorney with labor and employment litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate discovery strategies and evaluate options in consultation with case teams
• Draft various written discovery requests and manage document and evidence organization
• Prepare discovery-related work products, including protective orders and witness kits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with employment law cases
• Active bar license in the candidate's state of residence
• Experience with the discovery processes for litigation matters
• Ability to utilize document and evidence management platforms, including Relativity
• Understanding of complex e-Discovery issues
